okay...here goes:

thursday: free from work. wehuu. love holidays. met lotte at the train station. we took the train to odense where we had dinner before we moved on to studenterhuset where teitur was playing. it was a great evening. he was in a better spirit this time. people stood up just like he wanted and the scene was almost smaller than pitstop's. wow.
we had to wait for almost 3 hours 'till our train was going back to kolding. baah. so all in all i got 3 ours of sleep that night.

friday: i got up to work. only 2 (!!) kids showed up and we were 3 people to watch after them. so i went home again around noon and took a nap and getting ready for my trip to copenhagen later that day. off i went with the train once again and i miraculously got a seat all the way. met up with christian. fine guy. we went for something to eat before we had to be at lille vega. then we met nanna and got inside of the venue. all exciting. right before the support act went on, we met laura, that sweet girl. the support act went on and christian and got up to the stage for a good view. it was kind of boring.
but then...josh ritter finally came on stage. smiling right from the start! playing well from the start till the end. so nice. he always makes you smile and all warm inside. during the concert nanna came up to us and kept us company. it was nice. after the concert she got the setlist for me. wow. my first setlist ever (me who has been to so many concerts). hah. and i didn't even ask her for it.

then we went for a round to see if we could find any other people we knew. but i only found laura and stopped to talk with her and her friends. then nanna came running telling me that josh had just walked downstairs with a smile and a beer in his hand to say hello and sign things and such. so we walked with her down there and waited for ages till it was our turn. laura joined us in the meantime. nanna was drunk, talking all the time. she was funny. she wanted josh to go with us on a cocktail bar...and then some. haha. when it was finally our turn i pointed at nanna so she could start introducing and talking (she's so good at english). she told him that i was a part of his street team, he gave me a hug and asked if i'd any problems with the guest list and then i showed him my famous flyer (the concert was almost sold out!) and he smiled all over, hugged me again and again and asked if he could keep it and if I had more. hah. so he got the three i had. then we all talked a bit and he asked us where we knew each other from...so laura explained that we'd met through a danish artist 5 years ago and sticked together ever since. pretty cool. josh kept hugging me while we talked...haha. and taking his arm around me...i think he was pretty happy. see this and you'll know what i'm talking about :D

nanna didn't have any luck inviting him on the cocktail bar, though he wanted really badly. but he had to catch a ferry. baah. but i was still his "strawberry in his daiquiri". haha. so afterwards me and nanna and her friends went to kassen (the cocktail bar she'd talked so much about) and got strawberry daiquiri's. mmmm. they're REALLY tasty. especially with soft ice in. mmmmmmm. so i didn't get much sleep that night either. so yesterday i was totally busted. sleeping for 13 hours last night. but i still feel busted. think i'm getting ill maybe. but whatever....i've had a really really great weekend! no one and not even illness can take that from me.
