lotte and i met siff and her boyfriend at the trainstation here in kolding. they were going to london as well...with the same flight. later on we found out that we were staying at the same street in london. what are the odds for that?!?!

anyway...i showed lotte most of the city as i'd promised her. monday after dinner we went to piccadilly circus and trafalgar square before we went back to the hotel. tuesday we went to camden town to see the famous camden market. it was huge and probably the most successfull part of the whole trip. i bought a beautiful book-thing which i have plans on using as a scrapbook. afterwards we took a walk through regent's park and ended up crossing abbey road seeing the famous studios. that brought some memories to mind. then we went to see buckingham palace. before finding a lovely steak house to have dinner.

wednesday we started out seeing westminster abbey. then we took a boat sailing down thames from westminster to tower bridge. a very cosy and relaxed trip. the guide was very witty and sounded pretty much like a scot. after having a little break by tower of london, we went to harrods. there i showed her the most important things before we hit the bookstore where i bought these to babies:

black vinyl white powder

libertines bound together
(hardback!)

then i got lost in doherty perkins. ended up buying a new purse, a dress, a blouse and this wonder:

dot frakke

then we went to top shop. but it was a nightmare of people. and the clothes didn't really fit neither me nor my already blown budget. so we went back to the hotel early and took a nap before going out for dinner. later that evening we took the train to the airport in order to stay up all night waiting for out plane to depart at 7:30 am thursday morning. that's why i went to bed 6:30 pm thursday night and slept for over 12 hours straight. which was a good thing as i was going down to the student house yesterday to help building the stage down there. it took all day and ended up being very drunk and cosy. such great times!

here's some of my pics from london. far from the best i've ever taken. plus i actually hate being a tourist. but i lived it out fully this time in london:
