my evening yesterday took a slightly turn when the fire alarms in all the apartments went off around 10pm. a horrible sound. first i didn't realize what it was and tried to find out if i'd done something wrong 'cause it started just as i had unplugged my computer. but then i heard people gathering in the hall. i went down there. no one took it seriously. 'cause there weren't any smoke nor fire anywhere. we suspected that someone had knocked in the fire alarm box in the hall, 'cause it looked broke. we tried to call our caretaker as he was the only one having the key to the control room but of course he didn't answer. in the meantime some of us utilized the situation getting to learn to know each other. some escaped from the chaos and some got some beers and gathered in the community room. i went there. realizing that it is some really nice people i'm living in the same building with, although we don't have too much in common.

the fire alarms continued for almost 2 hours before the caretaker and an electrician fixed it. so...i didn't get early to bed once again. that's why i've been unbearable tired today. but glad that i've met some of the people from here.
