yesterday i put on a fragrance i hadn't used for ages. the reason why, is because it reminds me of the summer in 2006. a very epoch-making summer. i went to roskilde festival all by myself. fell in love for the very first time (and the only time since) and so on and so on. very hectic summer that one. a summer i'll never forget...but on the same time one i want to forget now and then. so that's why i do not use sarah jessica parker's fragrance called 'lovely' anymore. or...it happens rarely.

another fragrance i'm having some trouble with is davidoff 'cool water'. that one reminds me of my teens. before i started listening to tim's music (before 2001 that is). a time i'm not too proud of... but hey we've all been naive teenagers once...right ?!

the only fragrance that has lasted since 2001 for me (i remember it so precisely because i found it on our way to mauritius) is 'flower by kenzo'. it's the only fragrance that does not remind me of sadness and pain. it's also a fact that i started using it while i was still an innocent little one. before all the problems started. exciting entry huh?!
